CWC is an SBA certified HUBZone heavy civil construction firm. We have a depth of experienced employees performing work predominantly for Federal, State, and local governments; however, we also contract with the private sector. The company possesses capabilities in numerous disciplines, specializing in construction self-performance and design development of heavy civil infrastructure, railroad construction & MoW, utilities, lift stations, wastewater treatment plants, bridges & structures, site preparation, and demolition of existing facilities and structures. We define project success as meeting or exceeding the client's expectations with respect to the project budget, quality, schedule, and safety. CWC serves federal contracting agencies such as DOD, NAVFAC, USACE, and direct installation clients. Our focus on the federal and Dept. of Defense market has allowed us to develop a "federal contracting mentality" from product quality, safety, administrative documentation, and accounting system controls.
