CWC partnered with WM Jordan on the Trinity Landing Senior Retirement Community, a 48-acre premier coastal living development located in Wilmington, NC. Our scope of work on this turnkey project covered site preparation, infrastructure installation, and detailed coordination to support a smooth buildout of the campus-style retirement community.

CWC crews performed all erosion control, site demolition, mass grading, and fine grading across the multi-acre site. Utility installation included domestic water, fire lines, storm drainage, and sanitary sewer systems, all executed to meet state and municipal standards. Our team also handled road construction and paving base preparation for internal streets and driveways, ensuring long-term durability and ADA accessibility.

From early sitework to final grading, CWC maintained tight coordination with WM Jordan and project stakeholders, keeping the schedule on track and delivering a clean, build-ready site for vertical construction. This project highlights our ability to manage complex, high-profile residential developments with precision and professionalism.
