As part of the Live Oak Bank campus expansion, CWC proudly completed a significant site preparation package that sets the stage for future vertical development. Our team successfully moved over 38,000 cubic yards of earth to reshape and balance the site, creating a solid foundation for continued growth on this dynamic corporate campus.

A key component of this project was the enlargement of the existing retention pond, increasing its capacity to enhance stormwater management across the site. This upgrade not only meets regulatory requirements but also supports the long-term sustainability of the campus by managing runoff from future structures and hardscapes.

The earthwork and pond improvements were executed with precision and efficiency, laying the groundwork for the upcoming construction of Building 5. By delivering a stable, well-drained, and thoughtfully graded site, CWC has helped ensure a seamless transition into the next phase of development.
