From humble beginnings come great things. Over the next three years, a 145-acre site in Hampstead, NC will be transformed into a 270,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art K-8 school designed to serve 2,300 students. Civil Works Contracting is proud to be part of this transformative project, currently performing mass earth moving, underground utility installation, and storm drainage work to prepare the site for vertical construction.

Our team is reshaping the land through large-scale excavation, embankment, and site balancing, including the construction of a 21-foot-high surge charge to stabilize the ground for future development. In parallel, we’re installing vital infrastructure such as water, sewer, and storm systems that will support long-term community needs.
