CWC is proud to be partnering with Palmetto Railways on Phase 3 of the Camp Hall Railroad Expansion, a vital infrastructure project that will enhance connectivity and support ongoing development in the region. This phase includes the construction of seven miles of new railroad, with active involvement from both our Civil and Railroad divisions.

Our Civil team is leading the effort in building the new roadbeds that will serve as the foundation for the rail line, ensuring proper grading, compaction, and structural integrity across the entire stretch. In addition, they are installing a comprehensive storm drainage system along the route to support long-term durability and environmental compliance, managing runoff and protecting surrounding land.

Simultaneously, our Railroad division is preparing for track installation and related rail infrastructure, working in tandem with civil crews to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all scopes of work. The collaboration between teams reflects CWC’s commitment to delivering high-quality results through coordination, craftsmanship, and safety.
